• Applications you submit as a worker
• Ratings and reviews left after completed jobs

We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate LocalAI Gigs:

• To create and manage your account
• To match customers with suitable workers using our AI scoring system
• To display worker profiles to customers
• To show relevant jobs to workers
• To display ratings and reviews

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who Can See Your Data

• Your profile information (name, city, bio, services, ratings) is visible to other logged-in users of the platform
• Your email address is never shown to other users
• Job details are visible to matched workers

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in Europe. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

As a user based in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to deletion — you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data
• Right to object — you can object to how we process your data
