By creating an account on LocalAI Gigs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What LocalAI Gigs Does

LocalAI Gigs is a platform that connects customers who need local tasks completed with workers who offer local services. We use an AI matching system to suggest suitable workers based on location, service category, and rating.

3. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Accurately describe the job you need done
• Communicate respectfully with workers
• Pay the agreed amount directly to the worker upon completion of the job
• Only post legitimate job requests

5. Worker Responsibilities

As a worker, you agree to:

• Accurately represent your skills and experience in your profile
• Only apply to jobs you are genuinely able to complete
• Show up on time and complete jobs to a reasonable standard
• Charge a fair price consistent with what you stated in your application

6. Payments

LocalAI Gigs does not process or handle any payments. All payments are made directly between customers and workers, in person, once a job is completed. LocalAI Gigs is not responsible for any payment disputes between users.

7. Ratings and Reviews

After a job is completed, customers may leave a rating and review for the worker. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. Fake, abusive, or defamatory reviews may be removed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use LocalAI Gigs to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to move transactions off the platform to avoid accountability
• Use the platform for any illegal activity

9. Limitation of Liability

LocalAI Gigs is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not employ workers, supervise jobs, or guarantee the quality of any service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising between customers and workers. Users interact at their own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
